To expand our team we are looking for a KEY ACCOUNT & CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER.

POSITION DESCRIPTION


Strategic Relationship & Business Support:

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with decision-makers (CEO, Directors, CFO, etc.), understanding their challenges and aligning solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Analyze business issues, identify new opportunities, and propose evolutions to strengthen client loyalty and growth.

Project & Implementation Management:


  • Work closely with the Delivery & Services department (internal) ensuring commitment to deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with technical, project, and client teams (external) to ensure coherence, proper planning, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Ensure a smooth transition between the different project phases execution, improving communication between Idealis and the customer.

Customer Relationship & Loyalty Management:


  • Maintain regular contacts with clients, anticipate their needs, monitor their satisfaction, and adapt accordingly.
  • Handle complex or conflict situations with tact, maintaining a firm stance when necessary.

Business Development & Opportunities:


  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities, additional services, or projects.
  • Participate in negotiations and renewals with a strategic approach focused on value creation.

Lead Complex Projects:


  • Act as a key point of contact for clients in complex or high-risk projects, resolving issues before they escalate.

YOUR PROFILE



  • Bachelor/Master studies in a related area (Commercial Engineer,   Economics, Communication, ...)
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing key accounts, complex projects, and working with decision-makers at senior levels, preferably in ERP/SaaS environments.
  • Experience within the ERP sector such as ODOO, SAP or another ERP player
  • Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus

SKILLS

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to lead or support technical and functional discussions with customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive, and influential at all hierarchical levels.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and synthesis skills to propose tailored solutions.
  • Leadership in managing complex or conflict situations.
  • Autonomous, organized, and diligent in handling multiple clients.
